老年脑缺血患者(包括短暂性脑缺血和脑梗塞引起的脑卒中)的病因常是多方面的,可由心脏疾患、脑血管本身病变、颈动脉分叉部狭窄等各种原因引起,本文作者自1993年3月至1995年4月对血管外科门诊和住院的脑缺血患者作了颈动脉检查,现将检查方法和结果报告如下。
