Interview is the most important right the reporter has in the interview. The most important issue in regulating and protecting the right to interview lies in the analysis and interpretation of the basic legal principles governing the right to interview. The different opinions comparing the nature of the law of interview show the essence of the right of interview as a kind of complex public right.
