为了解决液压挖掘机动臂在作业过程中因复杂的振动变形而影响挖掘机可靠性的问题,以JY630型液压挖掘机为研究对象,基于UGNX7.5建立动臂的三维模型和有限元模型,应用NASTRAN求解器分析动臂的各阶模态,计算出动臂的固有频率、总振幅和主振型,并输出各阶频率位移云图。研究结果为动臂后续的设计和减振分析提供了理论基础。
In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic excavator boom affects the reliability of the excavator due to complicated vibration and deformation during the operation of the hydraulic excavator, the JY630 hydraulic excavator is taken as the research object, the three-dimensional model and the finite element model of the boom are established based on UGNX7.5, NASTRAN solver is used to analyze each mode of the boom, and the natural frequency, total amplitude and main vibration mode of the boom are calculated, and the displacement maps of each level of frequency are output. The results provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up design and vibration analysis of boom.
