应用扭振理论分析扭振参数与内燃机工作状态之间的因果关系 ,说明利用扭振特征参数能诊断内燃机的工作状态。从实际测试和理论仿真的结果证明了能够运用扭振特征参数诊断内燃机的工作状态。并对分析扭振参数的两种方法进行了比较 ,说明引进合理的分析参数的方法对诊断效果更加明显。应用轴系扭振特性诊断内燃机工作状态是一种有效的、新的诊断技术
The torsional vibration theory is used to analyze the causality between the torsional vibration parameters and the operating conditions of the internal combustion engine. It is shown that the working conditions of the internal combustion engine can be diagnosed by using torsional vibration characteristic parameters. From the actual test and theoretical simulation results prove that the torsional vibration characteristic parameters can be used to diagnose the working condition of internal combustion engine. The two methods to analyze the torsional vibration parameters are compared, which shows that the method of introducing reasonable analysis parameters is more obvious to the diagnosis. Application of torsional vibration characteristics of shaft diagnosis of internal combustion engine working condition is an effective new diagnostic technique
