论述了铜钼合金球铁等温淬火温度对残余奥氏体数量及稳定性的影响,对弯曲疲劳性能和耐磨性能的影响。得出:奥氏体贝氏体球铁在等温淬火后进行车削加工,σ-1可提高50%以上;耐磨性能提高75%,并比经300℃等温的下贝氏体球铁的耐磨性能提高近40%。认为奥氏体贝氏体球铁最适合于制造承受动态高应力并在使用过程中能使表面层奥氏体加工硬化的服役条件下使用的零件。
The effects of austempering temperature of Cu-Mo alloy ductile iron on the amount and stability of retained austenite and its effect on flexural fatigue properties and wear resistance were discussed. It is concluded that austenitic bainitic ductile iron after isothermal quenching can be machined with σ-1 up to over 50%, wear resistance up to 75% and resistance to over-bainitic ductile iron at 300 ℃ Grinding performance increased by nearly 40%. It is considered that austenitic bainitic cast iron is best suited for use in service conditions under dynamic service conditions that are subject to dynamic high stress and work-hardening austenite on the surface.
