当前大规模的区测普查工作正在全国蓬勃展开,自然重砂和人工重砂鉴定工作量日益增加,重砂机械分离中磁选、电磁选采用什么仪器成了一个重要问题。我省区测队过去曾用过苏制的索契涅夫多极强磁铁,后因苏修停止供应,我们就用马蹄形永久磁铁和电磁仪。但电磁仪需要电源且笨重不便携带,不适合外分队重砂分离使用。为了配合当前区测普查中大量自然重砂和人工重砂野外鉴定分离工作,我室1973年组织了试制多极强磁铁的革新小组。
At present, the large-scale area survey and census work is booming throughout the country. The workload of identifying natural heavy sand and artificial heavy sand is increasing day by day. It is an important issue that magnetic separation and electromagnetic selection of instruments used in heavy sand mechanical separation are carried out. In the past, the provincial test team used the so-called Soviet-made Sochi Nephew extremely strong magnet. After the Soviet revision of the supply was stopped, we used a horseshoe-shaped permanent magnet and an electromagnet. However, the electromagnet requires power and bulky inconvenient to carry, not suitable for detachment heavy sand separation use. In order to cooperate with the identification and separation of a large number of natural sand and artificial sand in the current area, a laboratory was established in 1973 to innovate a group of trial-manufacture multipolar magnets.
