照片拍摄的是该炮发射的弹丸飞出炮口的瞬间,非常难得一见。图中炮口处两团球体烟雾是由膛内的可燃气体流出炮口进行二次燃烧后形成的激波造成的。小一点的球体是当弹丸的前定心部刚出炮口时由泄露的火药气体形成的(因膛压很大,而且弹丸与身管内径之间有一定的间隙,不可能完全密封);大的球体是弹丸整体飞出炮口时,膛内火药气体流出形成的。图中还可看到弹丸底部的燃气装置排出的气体。
