通过对152例不同临床心功能等级的风心二狭患者左、右心室收缩情况在二维超声心动图改变的分析。在灰色关联分析和模糊聚类分析的基础上,建立了灰色聚类分析数学模型;并将所有受试样本分为四类,经组内回代表明:其结果与常规临床心功能评价结果基本相符,优于传统聚类分析结果,而且本模型计算简便,对数据无特殊要求,有可能成为研究数据空间分布规律的一种新方法。
