采用国产NS－15型碎石机治疗复杂性肾结石207例。碎石率为98．55％，6个月内结石完全排净126例（60.86％），基本排净和大部分排出58例（28.01％），总有效率为88.89％。强调治疗时对不同类型结石所采用的方法应有所差异。认为ESWL是治疗复杂性肾结石较为理想的方法。
The use of domestic NS-15 lithotripsy machine for the treatment of 207 cases of complicated kidney stones. The rate of gravel was 98.55%, 126 cases (60.86%) were completely discharged in 6 months, and 58 (28.01%) were discharged and discharged mostly, the total effective rate was 88.89%. Emphasize that the treatment should be different for different types of stones. ESWL is considered the ideal treatment for complex kidney stones.
