使用电磁离合器挂挡并传递动力的塔式起重机专用起升卷扬机构在起吊过程中经常发生失速坠落事故,并导致重大设备安全事故。经模拟试验与分析研究,电磁离合器电刷和电路故障以及欠电流继电器失效是造成吊物失速下坠的根本原因。应通过培训提高塔式起重机专业使用、维修专业人员的技术水平,并定期专项检查电磁离合器与欠电流继电器。
The use of electromagnetic clutches to block and deliver power tower crane hoist dedicated lifting mechanism often occurs during the fall arrest and lead to major equipment safety incidents. The simulation test and analysis, electromagnetic clutch brush and circuit failure, as well as the failure of under-current relay is caused by the hanging drop the root cause of stalling.
