本文对我国青少年篮球训练的指导理念进行研究,将我国青少年篮球运动与国外篮球技术发达国家相比较,从青少年篮球训练的特点、规律、效果等方面出发,我国青少年篮球训练的指导理念提出建议。并对世界先进篮球理念进行研究,从中总结出我国青少年篮球训练指导理念的不足之处并提出修改意见。
This paper studies the guiding ideology of youth basketball training in our country, comparing our country youth basketball sports with developed basketball techniques in foreign countries, from the aspects of the characteristics, rules and effects of youth basketball training and so on, and puts forward suggestions on the guiding ideology of our youth basketball training. And the concept of advanced basketball in the world to study, summed up the inadequacies of our guiding concept of young basketball training and put forward amendments.
