在参加球墨铸铁科学研究实践过程中,我们逐步体会到用唯物辩证法指导工作的重要意义。正如伟大领袖毛主席指出:“这个辩证法的宇宙观,主要地就是教导人们要善于去观察和分析各种事物的矛盾的运动,并根据这种分析,指出解决矛盾的方法。”(《毛泽东选集》一卷本第279页)只有善于调查研究,抓住事物的主要矛盾,创造条件促进事物的转化,在实践的基础上探讨事物的内部规律性,并使之在实践过程中予以检验和发展,才能使认识不断深化,尽快把课题搞上去。
