人扁桃体淋巴细胞经不同剂量(0~40Gy)γ时线照射并用PHA刺激,在不同培养时间(4~96h)内,以MTT法测其上清液中HKCF活性。结果表明:(1)经2.5~40Gy照射,NKCF活性仅被轻度抑制;(2)经48~96h培养后的上清液中NKCF活性明显高于24h培养后的上清液中的。照射剂量与培养时间对NKCF的产量变化没有交互影响。本文报道的NK细胞抗辐射的结果与文献报道的结果相近,而且被慢性炎症激活的扁桃体NK细胞具有更高的抗辐射能力。
Human tonsil lymphocytes were irradiated with PHA at different doses (0-40 Gy) and stimulated with PHA. The activity of HKCF in supernatant was measured by MTT assay at different culture time (4 ~ 96h). The results showed that: (1) NKCF activity was only slightly inhibited by 2.5 ~ 40Gy irradiation; (2) NKCF activity in supernatant after 48 ~ 96h culture was significantly higher than that in supernatant after 24h culture. Irradiation dose and incubation time had no interaction on the yield of NKCF. The anti-radiation results of NK cells reported in this paper are similar to those reported in the literature, and the tonsillar NK cells activated by chronic inflammation have higher anti-radiation ability.
