通过对建筑现象学的研究方法进行解读,针对目前新农村建设中存在的问题,发掘并探讨以建筑现象学为理论指导新农村建设。在农村场所空间方面,从自然场所和人为场所挖掘农村本质特色,并通过洮河流域王家磨新农村建设示范点项目,深入探讨建筑现象学在新农村建设中的指导和应用意义;进而提出王家磨村在新农村建设中场所精神的内涵性需求,通过村庄空间肌理的延续与更新、规则街道界面的溶解、尺度的把握、传统形式的继承与“衍生”、地方材料的应用等措施,来引导当前新农村建设。
