吸烟对大鼠肺组织中SOD、MDA等影响的研究

采用使动物被动地吸入主流烟气的方式研究了吸少旱烟、香烟、药物烟烟雾对Wistar雄性大鼠体重、肺重和肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化产物——丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。实验共染毒75天。结果:吸烟各组大鼠体重均明显低于对照组。吸旱烟和香烟组大鼠肺重低于对照组。吸香烟和药物烟组SOD比活力明显高于对照组。药物烟组MDA含量明显低于对照组,也低于旱烟和香烟组。表明3种烟对健康均有影响,旱烟和香烟较重。 In this paper, we studied the effects of smoking dry smoke, cigarettes and tobacco smoke on body weight, lung weight and lung tissue SOD and lipid peroxidation in Wistar male rats, Malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Experiment co-injection of 75 days. Results: The weight of rats in each smoking group were significantly lower than that of the control group. Rats in smoking-cigarette and cigarette groups had lower lung weights than those in controls. Smoking cigarettes and drug smoke SOD activity was significantly higher than the control group. The content of MDA in drug-smoked group was significantly lower than that in control group and also lower than that in dry-smoked cigarette and cigarette group. It shows that all three kinds of cigarettes have an impact on health, while the dry cigarettes and cigarettes are heavier.
