已有许多报告论述了内窥镜检查对心血管系统的影响,但尚无人研究它对人体重要的生化功能的影响。为此,作者对416例年龄为17~84岁的胃镜检查患者作了如下的研究;在胃镜检查前15分钟及术后10分钟分别抽血测定血清可的松、游离脂肪酸、胃泌素、血糖、胰岛素和血浆促皮质素、肾上腺素及正肾上腺素。比较术前(前值)与术后(后值)上述诸因子的变化,并计算出各因子增加率,其计算公式为:增加率(%)=((后值平均值-前值平均值)/(前值平均值))×100
There have been many reports discussing the effects of endoscopy on the cardiovascular system, but no one has yet studied the effects of endoscopy on important biochemical functions. To this end, the authors of 416 patients aged 17 to 84 years of gastroscopy patients made the following studies; 15 minutes before gastroscopy and 10 minutes after the blood were drawn for determination of serum cortisone, free fatty acids, gastrin, Blood glucose, insulin and plasma corticotropin, epinephrine and norepinephrine. The changes of the above-mentioned factors before and after the operation were compared, and the rate of increase of each factor was calculated.
