在伟大的毛泽东思想的光辉指引下,在无产阶级文化大革命取得伟大胜利的凯歌声中,几年来,我国钢铁工业有了很大的发展,结合我国资源情况,增加了不少的品种,并且有许多新的钢种已成功地应用于工农业的各个方面。15MnV 钢就是我国新创造的一种新型低合金钢之一。电力系统的有关部门,为了紧密配合我国的钢铁革命,大胆地提出了以15MnV 钢代替20号钢,用于电站的大型锅炉的安装工怍,尤其是在东北地区,常常是在零下20~30℃的条件下进行的。因此这种钢材在这样的低温条件下焊接,会产生什么样的效果?对焊缝有何影响?焊缝的性能如何?等等,都不清楚。为此,我们对这种钢材的无缝钢管在低温条件下进行了一系列的焊接试验,现将试验情况介绍如下:
