研究了45钢圆棒状试样在不同回火条件下的力学性能、磁记忆信号空间分布及其斜率随应力的变化关系,建立了基于磁记忆信号分布梯度|k|和特征磁记忆参量的回火工艺质量和材料性能的检测模型。结果表明,在弹性应力范围内,拉伸磁记忆参量(D)、磁记忆信号梯度都与回火温度具有近似线性关系。利用拉伸磁记忆参量和磁信号分布梯度的平均值,采用多参量综合判定方法,可实现对材料回火温度的准确测定,进而实现对材料力学性能的精确评价。
