西方管理思想的科学管理表现为理性主义,一方面使管理科学化,另一方面对人文精神的忽视,带来了人性的扭曲和压抑。中国传统管理思想为人文管理,是以人为中心的社会文化型的管理思想,表现为浓厚的人文精神,但科学理性不足。要达到科学管理与人文管理的融通,必须立足当代人类实践,以唯物史观哲学思想为理论基础,融汇中西,塑造现代管理思想,促进科学管理与人文管理的健康互动与协调发展。
The scientific management of western management thoughts is rationalism, which makes the management scientific and neglects the humanistic spirit on the other hand, resulting in distortion and repression of human nature. Chinese traditional management thinking is humanistic management, which is a man-centered social and cultural management thought, showing a strong humanistic spirit but lacking scientific rationality. In order to achieve the integration of scientific management and humanistic management, we must base ourselves on contemporary human practices, take the historical materialism as the theoretical foundation, integrate Chinese and western cultures, shape the modern management thinking, and promote the healthy, interactive and coordinated development of scientific management and humanistic management.
