建筑施工企业的改制工作是一项复杂的系统工程,没有相关部门的支持配合是难以进行的,同时,改制工作又是一项政策性很强的工作,涉及到国有资产流失问题。改制工作也是敏感性很强的工作,改制是对传统计划经济体制的冲击,是对各方主体利益的重新分配,它必然涉及到每个人的切身利益。因此,为了确保改制工作顺利进行,更好激发改制后企业的活力,在改制中必须正确处理好几个关系。
The restructuring of construction enterprises is a complicated systematic project that is difficult to carry out without the support and cooperation of the relevant departments. At the same time, the restructuring work is another very policy-oriented one and involves the loss of state-owned assets. Restructuring work is also a highly sensitive work. Restructuring is the impact on the traditional planned economic system and the redistribution of the interests of all parties. It necessarily involves the immediate interests of everyone. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the restructuring work and to better stimulate the vitality of the post-restructuring enterprises, several relations must be properly handled in the restructuring.
