由于三氯化钛聚丙烯催化剂在大气条件下会迅速分解,因此给扫描电镜观察此类样品带来了困难。本工作研制了一个能够对样品实施氮气保护的样品台,而无需对扫描电镜和喷镀装置进行改装和附加设备,即能方便地对三氯化钛催化剂进行样品制备,喷镀导电膜以及进行扫描电镜观察。商品导电胶通常用醋酸异戊酯做稀释剂,而有机酯类常常做为三氯化钛催化剂的第二组份起给电子体的作用。为了避免商品导电胶中的组份与三氯化钛发生作用,本工作制备了以无规聚丙烯和银粉为原料的导电胶,获得了较好的观察结果。
Since titanium trichloride and polypropylene catalysts decompose rapidly under atmospheric conditions, it is difficult to observe such samples by scanning electron microscopy. Commercial conductive pastes typically use isoamyl acetate as a diluent, while organic esters often function as electron donors for the second component of the titanium trichloride catalyst. In order to avoid the role of the components in the conductive paste with titanium trichloride, the conductive paste with random polypropylene and silver powder as raw materials was prepared in this work, and good observation results were obtained.
