本人对20例冠心病患者体外反搏治疗前后血液流变学的改变进行了现察。结果表明,反搏治疗后全血还原粘度,血浆粘度以及血沉方程 K 值均有不同程度的下降,其中以全血还原粘度低切变率下降极为显著,提示体外反搏治疗不仅增加心肌供血而且能降低血液粘度,对改善微循环,提高组织灌注,调节全身血液循环有重要作用,是预防和治疗冠心病的有效方法之一。
