本项研究表明,黄山松在种子吸胀期的酯酶同工酶合成数量最多,活性最大,并与核酸含量呈正相关。对各种源酶谱图的异同点和R_f值模糊聚类两种分析得知,大洋山、开化、临安3种源变异程度接近,金寨、英山为另一类变异程度接近的种源。核酸代谢水平在萌发期与胚根生长量相关,在初生苗期与酯酶同工酶酶带数无明显相关。成苗后各种源营养器官的RNA/DNA值有很大差异。此值与各相应器官生长量也无明显相关。
This study showed that P. huangshansensis had the most esterase isoenzymes during seed swollening stage with the highest activity and a positive correlation with the content of nucleic acids. The analysis of the similarities and differences of various enzyme patterns and the fuzzy clustering analysis of R_f value showed that the genetic variations of Dayangshan, Kaihua and Lin’an were similar, while Jinzhai and Yingshan were the other provenances with similar degree of variation . The level of nucleic acid metabolism was related to the amount of radicle growth during the germination period but not to the number of esterase isozyme bands at the primary seedling stage. After the seedlings of various vegetative organs RNA / DNA values are very different. This value and the corresponding organ growth also no significant correlation.
