本文对用120kW单相渣电阻炉熔化分离的钛渣进行了物质组成的研究,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X光对钛渣的物相形貌特征、成分进行了定性和定量的分析。分析结果表明,钛渣中的物相有:黑钛石,正钛酸镁固溶体,偏钛酸镁固溶体,钛铁矿,钙钛矿,含铁镁铝的尖晶石,顽火辉石以及硅酸盐的玻璃相。 通过对钛渣的研究得知,影响钛渣酸解率的因素很多,主要是当钛渣中有60%以上Ti_3O_5型黑钛石存在时,就能得到酸解率高的效果。
In this paper, the material composition of the titanium slag melted and separated by a 120kW single-phase slag resistance furnace was studied. The morphologies and components of titanium slag were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray. The analysis results show that the phases of titanium slag are: black titanium stone, solid solution of magnesium titanate, solid solution of magnesium metatitanate, ilmenite, perovskite, spinel containing ferrous magnesium aluminum, enstatite and Silicate glass phase. Through the study of titanium slag, it is known that there are many factors that affect the acidification rate of titanium slag. The main reason is that when more than 60% Ti_3O_5 type black titanium is present in titanium slag, high acid hydrolysis rate can be obtained.
