安全生产作为我国的一项基本国策,对国民经济的持续稳定发展具有重要的作用,电力工业作为国民经济的基础产业,关系到国家能源的安全和国民经济的命脉。电力工业能够为国家的经济发展提供安全、清洁、可持续发展的电力供应,对电力企业来说在电力生产的过程中发生电力事故会导致对外供电量的减少,同时增加企业运行的各项费用,企业效益降低和运行成本的增加,与此同时电力作为一项特殊的生产能源,在生产的过程中如果发生故障,会对人类的生命安全造成威胁。因此对电力企业来说电力安全生产是企业获得最大的经济效益、保障员工生命安全、稳定电力系统和促进国民经济安全具有重要的作用。近几年,随着社会经济的快速发展,国家对电力体制进行了深入的改革,国家对电力的安全生产提出了更高的要求。
