深圳市龙城街道近期对工作人员的人事考核作出创新,对公职人员的“德能勤绩廉”每月考核一次,其中道德选项占了50%,此项考核中有见死不救行为的要扣20分。对此,深圳市委党校王连喜教授表示,公务员应该有高出一般人的道德素养,但道德考核怎么评估、怎么落地也非常重要。近年来,陆续有一些地方将公务员是否孝顺父母、夫妻关系是否和睦等道德表现纳入考核中,这契合了“德才兼备”选贤任能的人才工作新要求。再者,公务员代表着政府的形象,理应在道德层面有更高的标准,理应用道德建设夯实作风建设的基石,理应发挥良好的道德示范作用,引领全社会践行社会主义核心价值观,推动社会文明进步。
