１引言Felty综合征是类风湿关节炎的一种特殊类型，约占所有类风湿关节炎的１％。其特征性表现为类风湿关节炎、白细胞减少、脾肿大。现将我科近年收治的２例报告如下。２病例报告例１女，３９岁。因持续发热３周伴右下腹痛５日于１９９７年８月２日入院。既往有类风湿关节炎史
1 Introduction Felty’s syndrome is a special type of rheumatoid arthritis, accounting for about 1% of all rheumatoid arthritis. Its characteristic manifestations are rheumatoid arthritis, leukopenia, splenomegaly. Now my department admitted in recent years, two cases are as follows. 2 case report 1 female, 39 years old. Due to persistent fever for 3 weeks with right lower abdominal pain on the 5th of August 2, 1997 admission. Past history of rheumatoid arthritis
