随着我国社会经济的高速发展,铁路运输企业的市场经济活动日渐频繁,在行业内的竞争不断加剧。在这种复杂的市场环境中,铁路运输企业必须要优化自身的人力资源配置,最大限度的开发人力资源的价值,以形成企业良好的运行机制,促进企业长效发展。本文在对铁路运输企业人力资源配置原则做出论述的基础上,对铁路运输企业的人力资源配置效率进行了评测,并提出了一些优化铁路运输企业人力资源配置的措施,以期提高铁路运输企业的用工效率。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the market economy activities of railway transport enterprises are increasingly frequent, and the competition in the industry is constantly increasing.
