目前,中小学生心理健康教育无论是国家、政府、各级教育主管部门,还是学校、家长、学生都极为关注。但中小学心理健康教育还存在重硬件、轻软件,重学生、轻教师,重学校、轻家庭,重形式、轻实效的倾向。本文采用文献法,结合当前中小学开展心理健康教育的实际,认为师资专业化程度低是制约心理健康教育实效性的瓶颈,可以通过为心理健康教育教师设置专职岗位和职称系列、高校加大加强心理学专业人才培养力度、根据中小学心理健康教育的实际需要做好分级培训、大学和中小学联合开展心理教育科学研究达到共赢目标予以解决。
At present, the mental health education for primary and middle school students is of great concern to all countries, governments, education authorities at all levels, and to schools, parents and students alike. However, mental health education in primary and secondary schools also tends to have heavy hardware, light software, heavy students, light teachers, heavy schools, light homes, heavy forms and light effects. In this paper, the literature method, combined with the current practice of mental health education in primary and secondary schools, that teachers with low degree of specialization is the bottleneck restricting the effectiveness of mental health education, mental health education teachers can set full-time positions and professional title series, colleges and universities to step up Psychology professionals training efforts, according to the actual needs of mental health education in primary and secondary schools do a good job of grading training, universities and primary and secondary schools jointly carry out psychological education scientific research to achieve win-win goal to be resolved.
