市场经济飞速发展,使生产建设的规模不断扩大,工程建设总量的不断增长的同时,工程质量也逐渐变成关注热点。在工程建筑中,在保障工程质量与进度的前提之下,确保在工程投资的限额之内,可以将工程的社会效益、投资效益达到一个理想的状态。本文对工程的造价管理内容做了简要阐述,并在我国工程造价管理方面存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出一些有效的措施。
With the rapid development of market economy, the scale of production and construction is constantly expanding. While the total amount of construction projects continues to grow, the quality of construction projects has gradually become the focus of attention. In the project construction, under the premise of guaranteeing the quality and progress of the project, to ensure that within the limit of project investment, the social benefits and investment returns of the project can reach an ideal condition. This article briefly describes the cost management of the project and analyzes some problems in the project cost management in our country and puts forward some effective measures.
