日前,中国证券监督管理委员会周小川主席和埃及资本市场委员会阿布德·哈米德·易卜拉欣主席(Abdel Hamid Ibrahim)签署了《证券监管合作谅解备忘录》,埃及资本市场委员会因此成为与中国证监会签署备忘录的第一个非洲监管机构及第十四个境外机构。埃及证券市场在非洲占有重要地位,埃及资本市场委员会在发展和监管本国资本市场中发挥了重要作用,并与我国证券监管机构保持着密切的友好合作关系。中埃此次正式签署《证券监管合作谅解备忘录》,为两国监管机构在监管信息分享、相互提供协助和人员交流培训等方面的合作建立了正常渠道,标志着中埃两国证券市场的交流与合作进入了一个崭新的阶段,有利于双方证券市场的完善和发展。中国证监会一贯重视与国际证监会组织(IOSCO)成员机构的交流与合作。自1992年10
