肺吸虫病是以肺部病变为主,多系统受损的自然疫源性寄生虫病。其临床表现复杂,容易引起误诊。近年来汉江水系各地陆续发现多例肺吸虫病,有的地区已有报道。下面笔者着重就汉江水系近来发现的30例肺吸虫病进行了回顾性调查,调查结果如下: 1、病例分布安康县12例、镇平县8例、平利县7例、向阳县1例、汉阳县1例、柞水县1例。
Paragonimiasis is a natural foci of parasitic diseases that is predominantly pulmonary and impaired by multiple systems. The clinical manifestations of complex, easily lead to misdiagnosis. In recent years, there have been many cases of paragonimiasis in the Hanjiang River drainage area, some areas have been reported. The following I focus on the Han River water recently found that 30 cases of paragonimiasis were investigated retrospectively, the findings are as follows: 1, the distribution of cases 12 cases of Ankang County, 8 cases of Zhenping County, 7 cases of Pingli County, 1 case of Xiangyang County, 1 case of Hanyang County, 1 case of Zhashui County.
