利用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了Cr/Ni基合金熔覆层,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等方法分析了熔覆层的结构及相组成。并采用SY/Q-750型盐雾实验机对熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明:激光熔覆层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,在熔覆层与基体界面处组织具有定向凝固特征,为柱状树枝晶,熔覆层的表层为细小的等轴晶;熔覆层主要由Fe3Ni2、CrNiFeC和Ni3Cr2等相组成;Cr/Ni基合金熔覆层在3.5%NaCl盐雾中的腐蚀速率仅为45钢的1/2,腐蚀为孔蚀,45钢为均匀腐蚀。
The cladding layer of Cr / Ni-based alloy was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by laser cladding. The structure and phase composition of the cladding layer were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The corrosion resistance of the coating was studied by SY / Q-750 salt spray test machine. The results show that the laser cladding layer forms a good metallurgical bond with the substrate. The microstructure of the laser cladding layer has a directional solidification at the interface between the cladding layer and the substrate. The surface layer of the cladding layer is a fine equiaxed crystal. Mainly by Fe3Ni2, CrNiFeC and Ni3Cr2 other phase composition; Cr / Ni-based alloy cladding in 3.5% NaCl salt spray corrosion rate of only 45 steel 1/2, corrosion pitting, 45 steel is uniform corrosion.
