近几年,随着改革的不断深化、利益的深刻调整,新旧矛盾交织碰头,大量问题逐渐暴露并通过信访渠道表现出来,传统的信访工作方法已不适应新形势的要求。临沂市兰山区突破传统的“就信访抓信访”思维,以群众工作统揽信访工作,积极尝试,大胆实践,走出了一条新时期做好群众信访工作的新路子,有力地促进了社会和谐稳定。
