为了增加电力供应同时改善环境,中国政府加大了可再生能源的发展力度。由于可再生能源项目初始资金需求巨大,因而可再生能源企业的融资十分重要。本文基于企业融资的金融成长周期理论,提出了理想的中国可再生能源企业金融成长周期模型,以水电为例分析了水电的金融成长状况。最后从促进金融良性成长的角度提出了政策建议。
In order to increase the power supply and improve the environment at the same time, the Chinese government has stepped up the development of renewable energy. Because of the huge initial capital requirements for renewable energy projects, financing for renewable energy companies is important. Based on the theory of financial growth cycle of corporate finance, this paper proposes an ideal financial growth cycle model for renewable energy enterprises in China, and analyzes the financial growth of hydropower as an example. Finally, policy recommendations are put forward from the perspective of promoting sound financial growth.
