片剂释放度是衡量片剂吸收性能的重要指标,但其计算步骤冗长,方法繁琐,一般基层单位无法广泛应用。本文编制的片剂释放度测定的BASIC计算程序,推导合理,步骤清楚,通俗易懂,运算快速,业经SHARP PC-1500袖珍电子计算机多次实践,证明当数据输入后,能及时准确打印计算结果。因而大大提高工作效率,能更好地全面评价药物的生物有效性,使之临床药学能发挥其应有作用。
Tablet release is an important measure of tablet absorption performance, but its calculation steps lengthy, cumbersome methods, the general grass-roots units can not be widely used. The preparation of BASIC calculation program for the determination of the release of tablets, derived reasonable, clear steps, easy to understand, fast computing, the industry by SHARP PC-1500 pocket computer several times to prove that when the data input, timely and accurate printing of the calculation results . Thus greatly improving work efficiency, can better fully evaluate the biological effectiveness of drugs, so that clinical pharmacy can play its due role.
