以柳钢四号板坯连铸机为分析对象,采用具有较强通用性的板坯连续浇铸过程静态仿真软件CCPS OFFLINE分析了在浇铸Q235时产生内部裂纹的原因及防止对策。用该软件的二冷优化模块对其二次冷却水量进行了优化,并把优化后的水表在实际的浇钢过程中加以应用。生产结果表明,二冷水量优化后对应的铸坯内部质量较之优化前有了明显的改善,说明通过板坯连铸凝固传热仿真计算获得的优化二冷水量具有较好的合理性和适用性。
Taking Liuzhou No.4 slab continuous casting machine as the analysis object, CCPS OFFLINE, a static simulation software for slab continuous casting process with strong versatility, was used to analyze the causes of internal cracks in casting Q235 and countermeasures.
