后奥运期中国体育事业变革将建设由体育大国向建设体育强国的方向实施战略转移,中国足球职业化深化改革过程中传统行政管理模式已经难以适应足球市场的迅猛发展,遇到未能明确产权关系、未能明晰治理结构、未能明了相关利益等问题,这些问题降低了中国足球的发展动力和效率。借助公共治理理论,我们认为逐步实现管办分离、健全俱乐部治理机制、完善运动员保障机制、加强社会舆论监督是解决中国足球现阶段面临危机的有效途径。

During the process of deepening the reform of the Chinese soccer profession, the traditional administration mode has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the football market. , Failed to clarify the governance structure, failed to understand the related issues such as interest, these issues have reduced the development of China’s football power and efficiency. With the theory of public governance, we think it is an effective way to solve the crisis facing Chinese football at this stage by gradually realizing the separation of management and operation, improving club governance mechanism, perfecting the mechanism of safeguarding athletes and strengthening public opinion supervision.
