一切课程理论与内容实施的关键都在于课堂,深入研究课堂教学层面的问题已是当前教学研究的关键与核心问题。课堂观察正是提高课堂教学效率的有效途径。以学生的学为观察重心,兼顾教师的教,构建这样的观察视角,对课堂观察行为具有积极意义。它引导教师关注学生,在人文关怀的宏观背景下,把教学的终极指向定义为促进学生的成长,从而真正提高课堂教学的有效性。
The key of implementing the theory and content of all courses lies in the classroom. Studying the problems of classroom teaching in depth is the key and core problem of current teaching and research. Classroom observation is an effective way to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. Students learn as the focus of observation, taking into account the teacher’s teaching, to build such a perspective of observation, classroom observation has a positive effect. It guides the teacher to pay close attention to the student, under the macroscopic background of humane care, the ultimate orientation of teaching is defined as promoting student’s growth, so as to really improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
