公路货运车辆超限运输形成的主要原因包括了运输需求、运输成本、运输利润及货物运输承运个体的原因等方面。本文以宁波市为例,分析了治超与货运指数之间的关系,通过分析发现2013~2016年的货运价格指数发现,综合治超工作并未影响到货运价格指数。尽管治超减少了超载车辆的数量,对应着货运价格的上升。但是从指数上来看,与综合治超的时间进行对比,指数没有上升反倒呈现下降趋势。从长期情况来看,货运价格指数并未受到治超的长期影响,货运价格指数在2015年全年以及2016年前半年都呈现了波折的稳定态势。
The main reasons for the overloading of road freight vehicles include the demand for transportation, transportation costs, transportation profits and the reasons for the individual transportation and carriage of goods.
