用友集团董事长王文京很早就倡导管理软件的专业服务,并于数年前在业界率先提出明确提出“软件就是服务”的观点。朋友认为,管理软件应用企业离不开软件服务。企业一旦选定某一软件去构建管理信息系统,在实施前需要进行业务流程优化,此外,还会涉及很多技术层面上的东西以及对还有整个变革的管理。无论在各级人员的观念上,还是在整个系统建立的过程中,都需及时到位的服务。同样,系统投入运营以后,在使用过程中,随着市场变化,包括系统本身以及企业业务流程都需要不断随着市场的需要进行调整,这时候又需要得到一种持续的支持。用友将为客户提供咨询服务,但用友不做业务战略本身的咨询,而是用IT战略去支持客户业务战略。用友制定了规范的软件实施流程,将软件的实施分成五个阶段,围绕这5个阶段将所需要做的工作详尽地列在一个表格中。客户可通过这个列表评价软件服务的质量和价值。
