研究目的:为探究河北省2000年到2010年环境污染与经济增长的关系是否符合“倒U型曲线”即EKC模型;研究方法:本文基于环境库兹涅次模型,利用e-views回归人均GDP与各环境污染物之间的计量模型,以探究其数量上的关系;研究结果:河北省2000~2010年环境污染与经济增长之间的关系未因污染物的不同会呈现出不同的结果,二氧化硫、工业污水与人均GDP呈现出倒U型等;研究结论:河北省2000年至2011年经济增长与环境污染之间的关系对于两种污染物均得出倒U型曲线的结论,由此而得出环境库兹涅次曲线模型对于地区性短期环境质量与经济发展之间的关系具有一定的适用性。
Research purposes: In order to explore whether the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2010 is in accordance with the “inverted U-curve” or EKC model; Research methods: Based on the environmental Kuznetsoh sub-model, Per capita GDP and environmental pollutants in order to explore the quantitative relationship between them; Results: The relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in Hebei Province during 2000 ~ 2010 was not different due to the different pollutants As a result, sulfur dioxide, industrial wastewater and per capita GDP showed an inverted U-shape. Conclusion: The relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2011 concludes with an inverted U-shaped curve for both pollutants. It is concluded that the environmental Kuznet curve model has some applicability to the relationship between regional short-term environmental quality and economic development.
