目的探讨食管癌外科治疗的方法和经验。方法回顾性分析食管癌手术治疗80例患者临床资料。结果本组病例手术切除率93·8%(75/80),5例因术中发现广泛转移未能切除病灶。发生并发症包括吻合口瘘2例,吻合口狭窄2例,乳糜胸1例,术后出血3例。术后无复发转移,除2例吻合口狭窄患者外,其余患者进食及消化功能均良好。结论根据患者具体情况来选择手术方式,加强术前准备及术后管理,可以提高治愈率,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the methods and experience of surgical treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of esophageal cancer surgical treatment of clinical data. Results The surgical resection rate was 93.8% (75/80) in this group, and 5 cases were unable to remove the lesion due to extensive metastasis during operation. Incidence of complications including anastomotic fistula in 2 cases, anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases, 1 case of chylothorax, 3 cases of postoperative bleeding. No postoperative recurrence and metastasis, in addition to 2 patients with anastomotic stenosis, the rest of patients with good eating and digestion. Conclusion According to the specific circumstances of patients to choose the surgical approach to strengthen preoperative preparation and postoperative management, can improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications and improve quality of life.
