目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C)水平与脑卒中的关系。方法选取139例脑卒中患者按照性质的不同分为脑梗死组102例及脑出血组37例,再选择同期体检的健康者68例为对照组。检测三组患者的Hcy、Cys-C及血脂相关指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Apo-a、Apo-b)的浓度并进行比较分析。结果脑梗死组Hcy与Cys-C水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);脑出血组的Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);采用Pearson相关分析得出,脑梗死及脑出血患者的Hcy与Cys-C水平均呈现正相关的关系(r=0.481,0.462;P=0.009,0.010),但与血脂相关指标水平均无相关性。结论血清同型半胱氨酸和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C浓度增高是导致脑卒中发生的独立危险因素,应当引起临床工作者注意。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and cystatin C (Cys-C) levels and stroke. Methods One hundred and ninety-three stroke patients were divided into two groups according to the different nature: cerebral infarction group (n = 102) and cerebral hemorrhage group (n = 37). Another 68 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The concentrations of Hcy, Cys-C, and lipid-related indicators (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, Apo-a and Apo-b) in the three groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of Hcy and Cys-C in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of Hcy in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that cerebral infarction and brain Hemorrhagic patients Hcy and Cys-C levels showed a positive correlation (r = 0.481,0.462; P = 0.009,0.010), but no correlation with the level of serum lipid related indicators. Conclusion Serum homocysteine and cystatin C concentrations are independent risk factors leading to stroke, which should be brought to the attention of clinicians.
