In order to observe the damage to human health caused by prolonged exposure to noise, 201 workers who had a contact noise of 85 dB or more were surveyed. Among 201 workers, there are 48 males and 153 females, with an average length of 6 years and a mean age of 21 to 44 years, excluding ear diseases and ear drug drug history. Noise sources for the asphalt workshop pumps and air compressors, knitting shop weaving machine, the workshop of the cutting board machine, presses, drum machines and so on. Using a calibrated ND2 precision sound level meter, measure according to the “Liaoning Province Labor Sanitation Monitoring Code”. The measured noise intensity is 85 ~ 98dB, which is converted into the equivalent continuous A sound level (dBA) of 77 ~ 98dB (A) according to the contact noise time of each post. Findings The incidence of neurasthenic syndrome was 51%; tinnitus was 15.4%; blood pressure was increased by 2% and tachycardia was 1%. Otology check tympanic membrane changed to
