随着我国经济社会和卫生事业的迅速发展,事业单位人事制度改革不断深化,卫生事业单位在用人制度上逐步多元化,编外人员逐渐成为卫生事业单位用工的主体之一。基于此,简要分析了卫生事业单位编外人员的现状及存在问题,提出了一些编外人员管理的思路和办法。
With the rapid development of economy, society and health in our country, the reform of the personnel system in public institutions has been deepened. The public health institutions have been gradually diversified in the employment system. The non-staff personnel have gradually become one of the main subjects of employment in public health institutions. Based on this, a brief analysis of the status quo and existing problems of non-staff personnel in public health institutions was made and some ideas and measures for managing non-staff personnel were put forward.
