患儿女,2(6/12)岁。主因发烧5天入院。查体。T38.7℃精神可,双眼结膜充血无脓性分泌物,口腔粘膜咽部充血,双扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大,舌乳头充血似杨梅舌,左颌下淋巴结肿大约2×2cm,双肺正常,心率128次/分,律整杂音,无胸腹皮肤隐约可见细小出血性皮疹(次日消退),血象WBC:13.8×10~9/L,N0.92 L 0.08,心电图为窦速,胸片正常,入院诊断为“猩红热”。给予静点青霉素400万~u/日,分2次入壶
