中高职一体化人才培养模式是是适应我国职业教育发展的必然产物,是加快培养市场紧缺的高技能型人才的有效办法之一。人才培养模式的改革,决定着培养目标能否实现,教育理念的转变、课程体系的制定、培养目标实现以及招生就业保障等,存在诸多困难,都会考验改革者的智慧和魄力,如何有效破解这些难题,是中高职一体化人才培养模式改革成功的关键。
