核心胜任力是助产士工作时必备的核心专业能力,其水平的高低与业务能力有明显的相关性,密切关系着一个国家或地区的母婴保健水平~([1])。在本研究中,我们对山西省内助产士核心胜任力的现状及其影响因素进行调查,现将其报道如下:1材料与方法1.1调查对象采用分层随机抽样法在2016年4~8月对山西省8所医院,其中大学附属综合医院3所,三级妇幼保健院3所,其他医院2所中的共98名助产士
Core competencies are the core professional competencies necessary for midwifery work. Their level is significantly related to their professional ability and is closely related to the level of maternal and child health in a country or region. [1] In this study, we investigated the status quo and influencing factors of midwifery core competency of midwives in Shanxi Province. We report the following: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The survey subjects were stratified random sampling method from April to August in 2016 There are 8 hospitals in Shanxi Province, including 3 university affiliated general hospitals, 3 maternal and child health centers in 3 hospitals and 98 midwives in 2 other hospitals
