运动性疲劳是运动训练过程中普遍存在的现象,如何采用科学的方法消除疲劳,使人体机能尽快得到恢复,确保训练的正常进行一直是人们非常关注的问题。本文运用文献资料法、比较分析法等研究方法,对运动性疲劳产生原因、诊断及恢复手段等方面进行了研究,并且有针对性地提出一些恢复手段和方法,为消除运动疲劳、加快身体机能恢复提供参考。
